Our air conditioner and sink were a bit moody, taking some time to get fixed. The strong odor upon entering didn't exactly roll out the welcome mat, but friendly staff and their complimentary parking waiver made it a bit sweeter.

I enjoyed my time at the Novotel Bordeaux Centre, particularly the spacious room and the convenient access to local transport. The staff were friendly, making my arrival enjoyable.

However, I faced challenges with the cleanliness of common areas, which affected my overall impression. The breakfast options, while decent, felt overpriced for what was offered.

Positive, I had a delightful stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet is massive and delicious, and the staff really went out of their way to help. The room was spacious and had a well-stocked mini bar.

The restaurant offered a delicious buffet for breakfast, making it a highlight of the stay. Room conditions were generally clean, and the spacious layout provided comfort. However, finding appropriate parking was a significant inconvenience as the hotel’s private parking could not accommodate a van over 2m high. The check-in process was smooth, but unexpectedly being unable to receive a refund after needing to check out early added frustration.

Wi-fi worked well, but the 24-hour reception was often unattended.

The Privilege King Room with Terrace was such a nice surprise. It was spacious, and the bed was super comfy—totally loved the quality of the bedding. Having a large balcony made it even better for some chill time. Only downsides were that the air conditioning wasn’t the most effective, and the decor felt a little dated. Still, the cleanliness was on point and appreciated the stocked mini bar!
